Small group personal training
Our PT sessions are 45 minutes in duration and will feature the training you require to reach your goals and enjoy your training. They may include strength work, mobility movements, fat loss focus, fitness training and flexibility. Your training is based on your goals, ability and any injury limitations, this makes our training suitable for gym regulars and complete beginners.
All of our coaches have years of experience delivering one on one personal training sessions, classes and supporting clients to the highest standards. We don’t cut corners with coaches, they will be the most experienced, inspiring and caring team you have ever worked with.
From weight loss, body transformation, injury rehabilitation to sports performance we have expertise supporting a huge variety of goals for our members no matter their starting point. We focus on each member as an individual and never impose our own goals. We listen, advise and then coach.
