Small group personal training

Our PT sessions are 60 minutes in duration and will feature the training you require to reach your goals and enjoy your training. They may include strength work, mobility movements, fat loss focus, fitness training and flexibility. Your training is based on your goals, ability and any injury limitations, this makes our training suitable for gym regulars and complete beginners.   Every session is coached at K1 and our small group personal training has no more than 6 members per coach providing an amazing, fun, motivating and personalised session.

All of our coaches have years of experience delivering one on one personal training sessions, classes and supporting clients to the highest standards. We don’t cut corners with coaches, they will be the most experienced, inspiring and caring team you have ever worked with. 


From weight loss, body transformation, injury rehabilitation to sports performance we have expertise supporting a huge variety of goals for our members no matter their starting point. We focus on each member as an individual and never impose our own goals. We listen, advise and then coach. 

The space

Forget big box gyms packed with useless kit, our modern training gym has been designed to provide the optimum space for results, enjoyment and experience. Created around our training ethos with top of the range kit, space to move and an atmosphere to enjoy.

Personal training sessions with the team are never dull and each week brings new challenges. Having someone on hand to make sure you’re using correct form and push out those extra reps makes all the difference from going it alone in a normal gym.

The workout area has all you need to train yourself hard. Free weights and body movement is proving to be far more beneficial than a gym full of fancy machinery.

Their knowledge of exercise, functional movement and modification to avoid injuries is excellent, as it the recovery, nutrition guidance and custom online meal plan for outside the gym. The regular weigh-ins to monitor fat and muscle composition really help to keep you motivated and prove you’re getting fitter, healthier and stronger.
