WHAT WE EAT IS CENTRAL TO OUR WEIGHT & HEALTH

As a personal trainer, the two things I deal with most are influencing people’s weight, whether this is to gain or lose weight, and to help improve people’s general health, wellbeing and energy. Weight change has one primary influence – Energy balance. Your energy balance is your calorie intake vs your calorie expenditure.

To put simply

If your calorie intake is greater than your calorie expenditure, then you will gain weight. If your calorie intake is less than your calorie expenditure, then you will lose weight. If your calorie intake is equal to calorie expenditure, you will maintain your weight. Calculate your calories today and make sure you are fuelling your goals!
